No Evidence for "Srebrenica Genocide" Verdict

Analysis of ICTY Srebrenica verdicts reveals that evidence supporting the Tribunal's finding of genocidal intent is weak to non-existent. This article is limited to the issue of genocide alone. Issues of historical context, the scale of the massacre, and crimes other than genocide are important to a proper understanding of what occurred in Srebrenica and why it happened, but those issues are not the topic of this article.
