A major security issue facing Europe in 2008 is the future of the Serbian province of Kosovo. This issue has legal and political relevance – not least for India – that transcends the boundaries of the former Yugoslavia. The speakers will provide a diagnosis of the problem of Kosovo, warn of the obvious and hidden dangers, and recommend workable, durable, and legal solutions.
